I put this inside a drawer. It is narrow and this fit perfectly. I put earrings and necklaces in the small section. Worked out great. Nicely organized. Makes it easy to find the pieces that I want to wear.Perfect for my jewelryI was impressed with the over all sturdiness and its eleganceI bought several of these in a different configurations for re-organizing my costume jewelry from a different box system I'd used for over 20 years. I took all my jewelry out and noted how many earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings I would need to account for. These Vee boxes stack, and I love that you can choose the option of whether or not you want a lid for the box when you buy it. I bought one of the stacking 3 piece boxes (with lid) that was an earring, ring and earring/necklace display storage system. Then I bought an extra earring box (with lid) and ultimately five bracelet boxes (two with lids). I used two of the bracelet boxes for bracelets and brooches, but the rest of the bracelet boxes I used for my costume jewelry necklaces. I removed the center dividers so I had two long spaces. Then I tried to group by color, first, style, second. One of my favorite things about these boxes is the ring box has so many slots to hold rings! So many other storage units were lacking in that department and only held a small amount. I also really liked the jewelry display option of the box that came in the 3 piece set. The box dividers are at an angle and on the larger side give one the option to hold earring and necklace sets or do fish hook back earring displays. The other side is for post earrings. (I keep all the backs for my post earrings in one of the earring tray compartments to make it easier to grab what I need if I wear one of the post pairs in that section.) I really like the pale gray color of the boxes. Its very neutral so it goes with everything and it also looks very high-end, more than the pink color would be, I'd think. Everything arrived quickly from Amazon and well packaged. I'm thrilled with my storage system and love having everything visible at a glance and also, nicely and neatly organized!Nicely made tray of little compartments perfect for a collection of small jewelry items.I started out ordering the set of 4 and purchashing the lid. I wish the lid cost less because I ended up buying a ton of them. When I received the set I liked it so much I bought another set and additional trays. Because I bought several lids I can stack these in any way I want. I ended up with 14 trays and 12 lids but I still have them stacked in 3 piles. However, a "normal" person would only need 3 lids for 3 stacks. I just personally like each having its own lid and the versatility of being able to separate and stack them in any way I choose. That's what makes this jewlery storage system so awesome, it's completely customizable to suit everyones needs. My only complaint is that I wish it was less expensive because I bought a lot of the trays and lids. :) The quality and usefulness is there. Good design. Overall I'm happy with my new jewlery storage system.Very nice construction and packaging. if you give as a gift, make sure to open the box and use the lovely gift card they include!! These are substantial and well-made. The dividers for the larger (bracelet) trays may need adjusting, but they are not at all flimsy, and are covered with soft flocking. The measurements provided are very precise, and fit into my jewelry armoire (nee lingerie chest) as expected. I don't write many reviews, but these deserved my time and effort.
